A heat exchange apparatus comprising a housing of perflourinated thermoplastic hollow tubes, which are fusion bonded with perfluorinated thermoplastic resin to form a single entity of fusion bonded perfluorinated thermoplastic materials. The perfluorinated thermoplastic housing having a first unified terminal end block for entry of a first fluid and a second unified terminal end block for exit of first fluid and a first housing port where a second fluid enters the exchange apparatus and a second housing port where said second fluid exits the housing.
