PURPOSE: A coupler for tensile members and a tensile member connection method using the same are provided to ensure stability of a structure and reduce the maintenance cost. CONSTITUTION: A coupler for tensile members comprises a female coupler(300), a male coupler(400), and an adjusting coupler(500). The female coupler with female threads(301,302) is connected to a male thread(101) of a tensile member(100) and the male coupler on both sides. The male coupler with male threads is connected to the female coupler and the adjusting coupler on both sides. The adjusting coupler with female threads is connected to the male coupler and the male thread of the tensile member on both sides.
