PURPOSE: A display module and a display device having the same are provided to form integrally a protruded portion in a chassis base to secure enough solidity, thereby supporting stably components as the display module and a driving board by the chassis base. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display device comprises a display module(100). The plasma display device comprises a front cabinet, an anti-electromagnetic wave filter, a filter holder, a display panel(110), a chassis base(130), driving boards(120), and a rear cabinet. A display panel realizes an image. The display panel is attached to one side of the chassis base. The chassis base includes a protruded portion(135). The protruded portion protruded integrally with the chassis base is installed in the other side of the chassis base.
