PURPOSE: A circuit device and a manufacturing method of the circuit device are provided to connect a central section of a first inductor with a second terminal through a first wire, thereby suppressing an increase of a production cost of the circuit device. CONSTITUTION: A first inductor(200) is configured in spiral conductive patterns. A first terminal(214) and a second terminal(212) are exposed from one surface of a first insulating layer(100). A first interconnection unit(210) connects an external section of the first inductor with the first terminal. A first wire(500) connects a central section of the first inductor with the second terminal. The one surface of the first insulating layer, the first inductor, the first terminal, the second terminal, the first interconnection unit, and the first wire are capsulated by a sealing resin layer. |
