PURPOSE: A transparent electroconductive film and a touch panel having the same are provided to improve durability for writing by restricting generation of damage or crack of an organic electroconductive film. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electroconductive film(11) include a transparent base material(12), a soft resin layer(13), and an organic conductive layer(14). The soft resin layer has self-restoring property and the Martens hardness of 0.1~70 N/mm^2 under the temperature of 20 °C and relative humidity of 50%. The organic conductive layer is based on a conductive polymer. The conductive polymer is polythiophene, polypyrrole, polyaniline or polyquinoxaline. |
