PURPOSE: A double block for a boiler heat exchanger and a boiler heat exchanger including the same are provided, which enhance heat transfer area and heat exchange rate. CONSTITUTION: A double block for a boiler heat exchanger comprises inner and outer heat exchanging blocks(210,220). The outer heat exchanging block comprises first and second openings. The first opening is formed in both sides facing each other. The second opening is formed in the other both sides facing each other in which the first opening is not formed. The inner heat exchanging block includes a third opening. The second and third openings communicate with each other inside the outer heat exchanging block.
