PURPOSE: Ramyun is provided to reduce an oil component and to maintain the fresh taste of soup by an additional package comprising the crown daisy, lettuce and sesame leaves coated with a glutinous rice flour. CONSTITUTION: Additional package added to Ramyun is manufactured by washing crown daisy, lettuce and sesame leaves with water; sieving a glutinous rice flour with a fine sieve, and mixing it with Cheongyang red pepper powder in a ratio of 10:1; coating slightly crown daisy, lettuce and sesame leaves with the mixed glutinous rice flour; steaming the crown daisy, lettuce and sesame leaves in a steamer without a hole; cooling completely the crown daisy, lettuce and sesame leaves and then drying them; and packaging them with aseptic packages(9). |
