PURPOSE: A surface-treated lenticular sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to freely control surface reflection by selectively forming a tuning layer and a stripping film. CONSTITUTION: A transparent sheet(3) for adjusting focal length is formed of transparent materials. A lens layer is installed on the upper side of the transparent sheet. A first lens layer(1) is installed to be opposite to the transparent sheet. A second lens layer(2) is formed between the first lens layer and the transparent sheet using adhesive having high permeability and low refraction. A tuning layer(4) is formed on the lens surface(2-2) of a first lens layer having high refraction. The tuning layer adjusts the surface reflection ratio. An image layer(6) is formed on a focal plane(3-1) of the lens layers formed on the transparent sheet. A concave part(5) is formed on the first lens layer.
