<p>PURPOSE: A heat stable aryl polysiloxane composition is provided to prevent the discoloration in promotion thermal aging, and to be suitable for underfiller for electric and electronic products, protective coating agent, potting agent, or adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A hardened aryl polysiloxane composition comprises (A) alkylene-crosslinked aryl polysiloxane containing at least two silicon-crosslinked alkylene and silicon-bonded aryl group; and (B) a hydrosilation catalyst. The hydrosilation catalyst is metal or metal compound including VIII group element selected from platinum, rhodium, palladium and their mixture. The hydrosilation catalyst and its derivative are included in a blended amount of 0.005-1.0 ppm.</p> |
