A gripping device for transporting a panel is provided to increase the productivity by increasing the efficiency of the transporting work. A gripping device for transporting a panel comprises a holder unit(10), a suction cup(11), and an electromagnet. The holder unit is installed to move to the vertical and horizontal direction. A plurality of suction cups is installed at the holder unit. A plurality of electromagnets is installed at the holder unit. The holder unit can be elevated by the movement of a moving cart(20) to the horizontal direction along a guide rail.
