PURPOSE: An operating circuit, a display device, and an electronic device are provided to suppress operating defects in a circuit using a shift register. CONSTITUTION: One side of source and drain terminals of the first transistor(11) is connected to one of source and drain terminals of the second, third and fourth transistors(12~14) and a gate terminal of the fifth transistor(15). When one side of the third and fourth transistors is in an on-state, the states of the third and fourth transistors become in an off-state. When at least one of the second, third and fourth transistors is in the on-state, the fifth transistor becomes in an off-state. |
