PURPOSE: A refrigerator is provided to enable a user to open a door without directly pulling a handle of the door. CONSTITUTION: The refrigerator includes: a main body(10) having a cold room(14) and a freezer(15); a door(12) for selectively shielding the cold room and the freezer; gaskets(310,320) installed on the edge of the door, and preventing leakage of cool air; a gasket magnet(321) received in the gasket and installed on the side of the door; an open magnet(230) having the same polarity as the gasket magnet and laid in the main body. The open magnet is moved for opening operation of the door.
