The device (1) has a reversing unit (10) for changing orientation of a pair of objects to a desired value to fold the objects. A rotatable folding unit is arranged in a space between the objects for performing a half step folding process of the objects. The folding unit is rotatable along two opposite directions during use. The reversing unit comprises two similar drive carriers that are driven independently. Reception surfaces of the folding unit are formed in a slightly concave shape.
