PURPOSE: A fare adjustment system for calculating an offline gift certificate by using a value-added-network is provided to discard the gift certificate, which is used once, on the spot by performing the calculation and registration of a gift certificate one time on the spot. CONSTITUTION: A bar code having different kinds of serial number is printed on a gift certificate, and the gift certificate is issued after scratching surface on the gift certificate. The gift certificate used online is calculated in real time. A terminal of a member shop, a VAN company server and a gift certification serial number discrimination system server are linked to each other online in real time. The serial number is transferred to the gift issue company through the VAN company server. |
