PURPOSE: An apparatus for cutting tteok is provided to cut tteok with a uniform length and to control the cut length freely with reducing the cutting resistance of tteok. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for cutting tteok comprises a rotation cutting plate(10) which comprises a rotation plate part(12), a tteok passing hole(13), and a cutting blade part(14) formed at the rotation plate part between the tteok passing hole; a rotation unit which rotates the rotation cutting plate intermittently by rotating it by a certain angle after a certain stop time; and a control part which controls the rotation unit. |
