PURPOSE: A method for recording and reproducing a moving picture including location information and a device thereof are provided to enable a portable terminal in which a GPS module is mounted to reproduce a moving picture using a GPS signal and trace a moving route of a moving picture recording person. CONSTITUTION: A moving picture input unit(110) inputs a moving picture through a camera lens. A moving picture processing unit(120) adds location information of a portable terminal by the input moving picture to generate a moving picture frame. A receive module periodically receives the location information of the portable terminal.
