PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided, which makes water heat-exchanged uniformly and guarantees uniform temperature distribution of the water after heat exchange. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a housing(10), a plurality of water current pipes(20), a pair of water current way covers(30), a water inlet(40), and a water outlet(50). The water current pipes are arranged inside the housing in the direction orthogonal to heat current. The water current way cover has a division wall(31). The water outlet discharges the water heat-exchanged via the water current pipe. The water inlet and water outlet are arranged in diagonal to face each other in opposite direction.
