FIELD: motor industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to motor transport, namely to benches for dismantling and installation of tyres in large-tonnage vehicles, which are used in repair and maintenance of vehicles in garages and technical maintenance stations. Bench comprises support plate with guide stands, in which press plate moves, being installed on hydraulic cylinder, on stem of which there is upper cross beam fixed with extensible supports, support ribs and pump station. Hydraulic cylinder is arranged as single-sided and is rigidly connected to press plate, besides its body has the possibility of working travel along guide stands. Size of upper cross beam with extensible supports slid into is less than internal diametre of wheel tread. To disconnect seat ring and wheel tread, stop fixators are used. Press plate is fixed relative to bench body by means of two grips and two hydraulic cylinders, and wheel tread is fixed on support ribs by means of throw-over locks. ^ EFFECT: improved labour efficiency, reduced dimensions of bench, lower expenses required for its installation and maintenance. ^ 3 cl, 6 dwg |
