FIELD: testing equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of tribology. Method for calibration of friction machine consists in the fact that statistical rotary torque of various value is generated on torque sensor, and its readings are measured. Besides at machine output shaft rolling bearing is installed with available friction torque, and readings of torque sensor are measured at various combinations of radial force and rotation frequency, friction losses are determined in spindle unit at various values of shaft rotation frequency and radial load according to formula öi=MSi-MBSi where MSi is friction torque registered by sensor; MBSi is friction torque in bearing; and dynamic calibration characteristic of torque sensor is calculated according to the following formula: MSCi=MSC-öi, where MSC is according reading of torque sensor obtained in process of its static calibration. ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy of friction torque registration in samples. ^ 3 dwg |
