FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: instrument contains two branches, tied to each other with one end and with handle made with possibility of angular turning of branches with respect to each other. Other ends of branches are equipped with electrodes with enveloping from side of free end of each electrode hydrophilic material. Each of electrodes with hydrophilic material is placed in polymer insulating tube, which is fixed on branch with one end, and whose other end has opening and is made with possibility of squeezing hydrophilic material through opening with formation of working part of electrode. ^ EFFECT: application of said instrument will allow to increase efficiency of carried out treatment due to local influence of working part of electrode on small area with curved surface in limited deepened space. ^ 2 dwg
