FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of aromatising alkanes and involves bringing alkanes, which contain from one to four carbon atoms, into contact with a Pt/ZSM-5 catalyst which is deposited on MFI zeolite, the lattice of which consists of aluminium, silicon and oxygen.
