FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technique of high pressures and can be used for decapsulation of pressurized pressure vessel of product, which is under high pressure of liquid or gaseous environment and collection of components of casing after its decapsulation. Decapsulation device of product casing and discharge of its components contains pressurized pressure vessel consisting of bearing structure and separated section, waterproof connected to each other and fixed by separation device installed at internal partition of casing. Decommutator is implemented in the form of remotely-operated sectional structure consisting of explosive bolt connecting sleeve to rod, insulating bushing connected to insulating bushing and waterproof installed into present in casing partition opening, compression spring, installed at sleeve with bearing into present disc of rod. The sleeve is fixed at partition of casing. Rod through hermetic seal it is installed into opening in bottom of separated section. At threaded end of rod out from casing it is installed fixture element, rod allows reflector, implemented in the form of hollow casing, which is by basis directed to bottom of separated section and radial groove, at matching of which to opening of opening of bottom of separated section it is ability of channel formation for passing inside the casing of external environment. ^ EFFECT: application of proposed device provides decapsulation of waterproof pressure vessel, which is under increased pressure of liquid or gaseous environment and also discharge of casing components in conditions of environment. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg |
