FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: suggested group of inventions is related to mining, in particular to drilling equipment and anchor bolts for fixation of mine tunnels. Anchor is arranged with thread along its full length, which provides for thrust in radial directions along the whole surface of blast hole with volume compression of rock. At the same time thread profile at foundation has sharp angle equal to angle of contacting surfaces friction, and the second side creates support loaded part of thread surface in the shape of side surface of truncated cone, besides thread pitch is equal to half of mentioned cone height. Drilling equipment includes mining manual electric drill, support-feeding device, drill stem with crown reinforced with hard-alloy insert, and device for arrangement of threaded groove in well wall. At the same time device for thread making is arranged in the form of thread-cutting stem with profile that is similar to anchor's with crown that cuts thread in blast hole. Specified crown is equipped with guide rod and insert, having pairs of joining cutting edges displaced on opposite lateral sides, and these edges are shifted relative to each other by half of thread pitch and protruding beyond blast hole diametre. Stems and crowns are arranged as hollow. End of thread-cutting crown wall is lopsided inside in front of insert frontal side, having indent above slack-passing opening, support-feeding device is equipped with work rest with easy running nut, and electric drill is equipped with detachable collector of drilling products with filter. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency, reliability and safety of mine tunnel fixation. ^ 6 cl, 18 dwg |
