FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of rolling equipment, particularly to sealing devices of roll-neck bearings, and can be used, for instance in sealing devices of bearing assemblies of machines and mechanisms. Sealing device of roll-neck bearing contains installed in cover V-shaped cap-collar gasket, consisting of casing and conical sponge, allowing at least two working edges, contacting to nozzle, herewith generatrix, connecting working edges, composed with working surface of nozzle angle 5-15, and vertex of angle is directed to axis of the device. Device is outfitted by fixed in cover with ability of axial movement press bushing with compression spring, herewith at internal diametre of bushing it is located wedgebar projection, interacting to collar by surfaces of casing and conical sponge. ^ EFFECT: increasing of life time of bearing sealing, its efficiency increasing. ^ 3 dwg |
