FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: after outlet of metallic strip from cast mould it is directed vertically downwards and inclined into horizontal direction for its mechanical deformation. At the first section it is implemented cooling of metallic strip with heat transfer characteristic 2500-20000 Wt/(m2K) allowing ability of movement in vertical and/or horizontal direction. At the second section in the transportation direction it is implemented heating of surface of metallic strip up to temperature higher than Ac3 or Ar3 by means of heat compensation in metallic strip without cooling decrease of its surface or together with it. At the third section it is implemented mechanical deformation. ^ EFFECT: invention provides receiving of maximal free from scale surface, decreases red brittleness. ^ 12 cl, 4 dwg
