FIELD: water supply. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of multi-stage treatment of water with automated system of control and monitoring for use of ultrapure water with specific electric resistance of up to 18 MOhmcm, for instance as liquid dielectric in accelerating complexes. In automated system of water treatment, program-logical device in the form of control computer is connected to at least two structurally separated metering controllers and controller of power switching. One of metering controllers collects information from pressure, level and vacuum sensors. The other one monitors specific resistance of water, and controller of power switching executes control of actuator mechanisms, such as pumps, electromagnet valves and ball valves with electric drives. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of up to 6 m3/hr, facilitation of operator's labour, blocking of their possible erroneous actions, reduced economical loss as a result of accidents. ^ 3 dwg |
