FIELD: biotechnologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of microbiology and biotechnology. Method includes growing staphylococci on synthetic medium, sterilisation, detoxication of soluble toxins complex and sorption on aluminium hydroxide. Detoxifier used is 0.80.2% solution of etonium for performance of complete detoxication of 1.0-3.0 mg/ml of soluble staphylococcic toxins at 42-45C for 10-12 days. Concentration of staphylococcic anatoxin-vaccine is increased twice by decantation of 50% of supernatant after sorption on aluminium hydroxide. ^ EFFECT: produced anatoxin-vaccine has high efficiency, is harmless. ^ 4 ex
