摘要 FIELD: measuring technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measuring technology and can be used for determination of characteristics of three-phases transformer. The essence of the invention is as follows: pairs of input terminals of the transformer are serially fed; voltage between pairs of output terminals of the transformer is measured. Measured voltage is processed to characterise configuration of transformer winding. Presence of neutrals is simultaneously of sequentially detected on the primary and/or secondary side of the transformer to facilitate further determination of winding configuration characteristics. Further, transformer phase lag is determined. The device consists of facility (2) for selective connection of single-phase power source (1) to transformer pairs of terminals (3) both for measurement of voltage between transformer terminal pairs and for measurement of difference of phases between the primary and secondary sides of the transformer. All these facilities are under control of block (13) equipped with a device for processing measured voltage and phase difference and for determination of characteristics of the transformer. ^ EFFECT: facilitating automatic determination of winding configuration and/or phases lag. ^ 12 tbl, 17 cl, 3 dwg
