FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: butt hinge plate for plate of hinged connection of leaf and frame includes hinged part containing a tubular section and attachment part that is rigidly connected to hinged part. Side surface of tubular section includes a flattened area passing along some part of external periphery. There is permanent connection between attachment part and hinged part in flattened area. In flattened area there provided are slots and ribs passing parallel to hinge axis. Narrow side of attachment part, which forms permanent connection with hinged part, is fitted to the shape and location of slots and ribs. Manufacturing method of butt hinge plate involves the following steps: cutting of workpiece for hinged part of butt hinge plate from tubular material; cutting of workpiece for attachment part from flat material, flattening of some part of external tubular section periphery in order to form flattened area, provision of slots and ribs, which pass parallel to hinge axis, in flattened area, and fitting of narrow side of attachment part to be rigidly connected to slots and ribs, and providing fixed connection between attachment part and hinged part. ^ EFFECT: peculiar features of manufacture of this hinge are simplicity and economy. ^ 7 cl, 4 dwg |
