ELASTIC CLUTCH FOR SHAFT CONNECTION

The invention relates to general engineering. An elastic clutch for shaft connection has continuous cylindrical bushing. In the last one two split cylindrical half-clutches are installed, and two flat elastic gaskets. On outer cylindrical surfaces of half-clutches close to the ends of the free cylindrical bushing two elastic split rings are installed. At the ends of the shafts flat parallel lands are provided. Inner surface of half-clutches is formed with two same cylindrical surfaces conjugated by flat surfaces to cross section of the shafts being connected, respectively. Plane of split of half-clutches is parallel to the flat lands. The technical result is in increase of torque at simultaneous simplification of technology of clutch making.
