摘要 An electrical machine comprises a stator pressed in a magnet frame in which a winding including coils insulated one from another and from stator electrical steel sheets are located, antifriction bearings installed into front and rear end shields being linked with the magnet frame, a rotor installed on antifriction bearings of a steel shaft which consists of electrical steel sheets provided with recesses for winding laying. On the rotor shaft, an external fan is fixed, a fan housing and an inlet box for conductors enable windings to be connected to electric network are mounted on the magnet frame, the magnet frame has cooling ribs longitudinally arranged on external surface, the said magnet frame is also includes foots. The stator is installed into cylindrical housing of the magnet frame, along edge thereof threaded eyes arranged, on which end shields are secured by means of supporting members; a front end shield is installed on side of output of the rotor stepped shaft which is made as a disc with eyes located on outer duct and circular cavity by means of which it is connected to the cylindrical housing. A rolling bearing is installed in the front end shield, an external ring of which is fastened by inner and outer distance rings to prevent axial movement, which are linked with the end shields by supporting members; distance rings have concentrically positioned openings for the rotor shaft movement, one edge of an internal ring of the rolling bearing rests upon projection of the rotor shaft, on the other side it is fixed by a snap-ring installed in a circular groove of the rotor shaft. An auxiliary fan is installed between the rotor and a front cover inside the cylindrical housing of the magnet frame. An angular-contract bearing is installed in the rear end shield made as a hood with eyes (located on outer duct) and a collar by means of which the said shield is concentrically connected with the cylindrical housing of the magnet frame; external ring of the angular-contract bearing is fixed in the rear end shield by means of outer cover and a draw ring having an opening for rotor shaft movement, which are fixed in the rear end shield by supporting members. The rotor shaft is fixed on internal ring of the angular-contract bearing by a pressure washer located at rotor shaft end, it rests upon its projection; in generating line of the magnet frame cylindrical housing out of length of the rotor with a winding, openings are made, which are connected in pairs by means of thin-walled bent tubes located on external surface; inside of the rear end shield on the rotor shaft three slip rings are installed on a spider made of insulation material; said rings are insulated one from another and connected to conductors of rotor winding. Slip rings are connected to current-collecting brushes placed in brush holders which are fixed in rear end shield, current-collecting brushes are connected to conductors being terminated in the inlet box.
