METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF RISC OF DEVELOPMENT OF CARDIO-VASCULAR COMPLICATIONS IN CHILDREN WITH INSULAR DIABETES OF I TYPE

摘要

Method for determination of risk of development of cardio-vascular complications in children with insular diabetes of I type includes evaluation of metabolic processes in heart muscle and conductive system of heart. In children with insular diabetes of I type diagnosed for first time this risk in determined by characteristics of central hemodynamics and lipid homeostasis. In children suffering with insular diabetes of I type up to 5 years the risk is determined by characteristics of central hemodynamics. In children suffering with insular diabetes of I type over 5 years the risk is determined by characteristics of day monitoring of arterial pressure.
