A method for treating the contusion of myocardium in the patients with the injury provides for prescribing the drug possessing the metabolic effect. Under control of electrocardiogram and the blood biochemistry, Corvitin is prescribed starting from the first hours since the injury at a dose of 5 mg/kg intravenously in 200 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution for the first 6 hours. Then the dose increases to 12 mg/kg for 5 days. When the electrocardiogram and the laboratory parameters improve, the treatment with Corvitin continues at a dose of 5 mg/kg daily for 10 days. When the effect of Corvitin is not sufficient, the dose of 12 mg/kg is used within the same period. |
