A method for increase of operation life of casing molds of machines of continuous casting of blanks, at which surface hardness and wear-resistance of working surfaces of casting molds is increased. A solid composition layer with high wear-resistance, consisting of metal base and fine-dyspersated nano-or microparticles with high hardness and wear-resistance (for example clustered nanodiamonds of detonation synthesis or nanodiamondsis other type and synthesis, zirconium boride, molybdenum disulfide, graphite and others) is applied on working surface of casting molds of machines of continuous casting of blanks. |
