The system has a screw/nut system including a screw with a head (32) maintained by an inner rail (11) of a slope rail (1). A locking rail (20) has lateral support parts (23) to lock an upper edge of solar modules (Ml, M2). The screw/nut system has a spring (34) placed between an upper part of the inner rail and a lower surface of a central part of the locking rail for maintaining the screw/nut system and the locking rail in an open portion, where the system is fully pre-assembled before mounted on a solar installation.
