The proposed invention relates to the compositions of glass enamels for protection from corrosion, addition to the articles from low-carbon steel of particular exploitation and decorative properties and can be used in production of enamel wares, particularly of external surface of patellas. A complex frit for the preparation of frosting enamel coating on low-carbon steel comprises silicate frit and phosphate frit, containing titanium, sodium, phosphorus, aluminium, boron, potassium, magnesium and calcium oxides; besides phosphate frit additionally comprises silicon, lithium, zinc, zirconium, cuprum oxides and sodium silicofluoride, in ratio of standard cover frit and phosphate frit 1:1 and in ratio in phosphate frit of СаО/РО=0.875. The realization of the invention in industry will allow obtaining quality frosting enamel coating with silk texture of black-grey colour for protection of low-carbon steel with burning temperature is not above 820 °С, which can be used in production of steel enamel ware. |
