The invention relates to technology of dozing bulk materials and can be used in chemical and other areas of industry for application of powder materials to flat basis and in particular for application of powder-like tires on fabric materials at making layered plastics. Dozer includes tank-feeder in the bottom of which gate is installed, this is arranged as sieve with drive and under it flow rate tank is installed, this has device for control of level of material I it, and in its bottom identical sieve with drive is installed, at that each sieve is connected to own mechanism for control of amplitude and rate of its displacement and drive of sieve of tank-feeder is controlled by means of electric signals that come from device for control of level of material in consumption tank. Sieve is arranged as frame made of non-magnetic material and net with simple interweaving fixed on it, this is made of brass wire, at that non-flatness of the net is not to exceed 10-15 diameters of wire of the net and distance between the net and lower cut of the body of flow rate tank is not to exceed diameter of wire. Drive of the sieve is arranged as ratchet mechanism that includes ratchet wheel mounted on input shaft of controlled drive and pallet arranged as arranged as two-arm lever one of arms of which is in contact with teeth of ratchet mechanism and the other arm by means of con-rod is connected to frame of the sieve. Mechanism for control of amplitude and rate of displacement of the sieve has tension spring fixed with one end at frame of the sieve and which the other one to control screw, and rigid controlled support that is in contact with rigid slat mounted on frame of the sieve, dozer provides not depending on physical-chemical properties of powder-like material high accuracy of its dozing in volume and uniformity of distribution by given area. Such implementation of the invention provides high accuracy of dozing powder-like materials with different physical-mechanical properties. |
