METHOD FOR PREVENTING PYOSEPTICAL PARACOLOSTOMIC COMPLICATIONS IN GENERATING SINGLE TUBE COLOSTOMA IN THE SETTING OF PERITONITIS

A method for preventing pyoseptical paracolostomic complications in generating single tube colostoma in the setting of peritonitis provides for generating the aperture in the anterior abdominal wall and exteriorizing the segment of colon. In the perimeter of the aperture, the internal gauze roll soaked with antiseptic such as Dioxyzol-Darntytsia roll is sewed, and the exteriorized colon segment is fixed to this roll. Then the external gauze roll soaked with antiseptic is applied onto the internal one, and the roll is fixed with the aid of bow sutures.
