PHOTOSENSITIVE COMPOSITION, PATTERNING METHOD, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRODE FOR FLAT PANEL DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition for forming an electrode pattern of high definition by forming a photosensitive resin layer causing no curvature at both ends of a pattern after baking while having high smoothness, and to provide a patterning method for forming the electrode pattern of high definition.

SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition contains (A) conductive particles, (B) glass particles, (C) a polymer containing (c1) a (meth)acrylate alkyl oxy-alkyl ester constitutional unit and (c2) a constitutional unit containing a carboxyl group, (D) a photopolymerizable monomer and (E) a photopolymerization initiator. The patterning method uses this photosensitive composition.
