<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a base station which improves throughput by restraining an increase in retransmission frequency. <P>SOLUTION: The base station functions as a mobile communication system, and the base station is equipped with a quality information obtaining unit (demodulation-decoding section 4, CQI receiver 5) for obtaining quality information on a download channel from a mobile terminal covered by the base station, a CQI correcting unit 6 for correcting the quality information obtained by the quality information obtaining unit based on the elapsed time after quality information acquisition, and a resource assigning unit 9 for assigning a wireless resource to the mobile terminal based on the quality information corrected by the CQI correcting unit 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
