<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device wherein the damage is reduced and the reliability is enhanced even when impact is exerted. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply device includes: a cooling block 36 having a first installation face 40a and a second installation face 40b; a semiconductor element 1A, that is provided on the first installation face and comprises a first system; a semiconductor element 1B, that is provided on the second installation face and comprises a second system; and a shock absorber that is placed in between the first installation face and the second installation face in the cooling block and absorbs impact exerted on the first installation face and the second installation face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
