<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select display or non-display of detailed image contents while allowing an outline of each job to be displayed. <P>SOLUTION: A job attribute and a thumbnail image are displayed with respect to all jobs to be displayed (Step-S2, S3). An alternate image in place of a preview image corresponding to the selected job is displayed (Step-S8) when a password is set for the selected job (Step-S7; YES). A password input image is displayed (Step-S10) when a preview display button is pressed (Step-S9; YES). A user inputs a password from an operating portion (Step-S11).
