PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of effectively washing the interior of a hollow component.

SOLUTION: The method of washing hollow component comprises: a process of making a washing liquid penetrate the hollow interior and stripping foreign materials from the surface of the interior; a process of making a bubbling liquid penetrate the hollow interior and dispersing the stripped foreign materials onto the interface of bubbles in a bubbling liquid; and a process of discharging the bubbles with which the foreign materials are dispersed from the hollow interior.
