PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle warming up device capable of reducing the emission of exhaust gas and fuel consumption for warmup. SOLUTION: A vehicle warming up system 1 comprises a warmup control part 30, an electronic key 4 and a vehicle 2 which includes an oil temperature sensor 36, a cooling water temperature sensor 37, and a cabin temperature sensor 38 as detection parts detecting temperatures of objects of warmup. The warmup control part 30 is provided with a heater control part 300 controlling an oil heater 31 and a cooling water heater 32, an air conditioner control part 301 controlling a cabin air conditioner 33, a stove control part 302 controlling a cabin stove 34, and a storage part 303 storing set ranges determined for each object of warmup, and controls the heater control part, the air conditioner control part 301 and the stove control part 302 as temperature control parts so as to keep temperatures of the objects of warmup in the set ranges when a temperature detected by each sensor 36-38 is not in the set range.
