PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialysate preparation method which permits a user to easily prepare a dialysate and a dialysate preparation apparatus to be reduced in size, and the dialysate preparation instrument. SOLUTION: An A powder melting means 1 and a B powder melting means 1 prepare an A solution and a B solution in prescribed concentrations so as to obtain a dialysate without adding clean water by preparing the A solution and the B solution by dissolving the A powder for dialysis and the B powder for dialysis, respectively, in clean water and by mixing the A solution and the B solution at a prescribe ratio. The measuring means 4 of the dialysate preparation apparatus 3 delivers the A solution and the B solution to a reciprocating pump 5 so as to ensure that they are mixed at a prescribed ratio. Since the A solution and the B solution at the set concentration are mixed together at the prescribed ratio in the reciprocating pump 5, the instrument can prepare the dialysate without adding clean water.
