<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce working vibration of a machine tool to restrain deterioration of machining precision caused by the vibration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A coolant tank 20 is moved to a vicinity of a machining center 1, and is moved so that an lower end of an opening 13 can be positioned above a nut 21 of a storage tank 23 in a vertical plane. As a bolt 22 of a weight applying means is screwed with a nut 21 after being inserted through the opening 13, a front side of the coolant tank 20 moves up toward a holding part 11. When a lower end face of the holding part 11 and an upper end face of the nut 21 are brought into contact with each other, screwing of the bolt 22 is completed. Accordingly, a castor 24 in a front side is raised by a specific distance from a floor face, and at least part of weight of the coolant tank 20 containing coolant is applied to the holding part 11.
