<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently print a label to be stuck to a storage element for a game machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An label printing apparatus, which prints a management label to be stuck to the storage element for the game machine, comprises: a customer-side input apparatus 18 which obtains the layout of the management label to be stuck to the storage element; a customer-side printer 14 which prints the management label of the layout; a determination means which determines whether the decided layout is authorized by an authorization institution, from the management label printed by the customer-side printer 14; and a manufacturing-side printer 24 which prints the management label of the authorized layout by the same printing as the customer-side printer 14, when the decided layout is authorized by the authorization institution. The customer-side input apparatus 18, a customer-side computer 12 having the determination means, the customer-side printer 14, and the manufacturing-side printer 24 are connected to one another through a network 30.
