PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel cross-copolymer that conquers drawbacks of ethylene-styrene copolymers, ethylene-α-olefin copolymers, various graft copolymers and various cross-copolymers, and a novel, efficient and economically excellent manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The olefin-styrene-diene cross-copolymer or an olefin-diene cross-copolymer is obtained by synthesizing an olefin-styrene-diene copolymer by copolymerizing an olefin monomer, a styrene monomer and a diene monomer or synthesizing an olefin-diene copolymer by copolymerizing an olefin monomer and a diene monomer, using a single site coordination polymerization catalyst, and then carrying out anion polymerization in the co-presence of the olefin-styrene-diene copolymer or the olefin-diene copolymer and a vinyl compound monomer in the crossing step.
