<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operation speed in a clutch operation device for performing opening-closing operation of a clutch by an electric motor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A release fork 25 rockingly supported by a release shaft 24 includes a pressing arm 28 for performing opening-closing operation by pressing a release bearing 31 of the clutch 30 by a tip part, and a driving arm 27. The release shaft is movably supported in the approaching-separating direction to the rotational axis of the clutch, and a rack shaft 14 supported orthogonally to the release shaft is reciprocated by the electric motor 18 via a power transmission mechanism, and the release fork is rocked around the release shaft by engaging a tip part of the driving arm with a driving pin 15 of the rack shaft. A link 20 is pivotally connected in one end part 21 to a part of the rack shaft by a link pin 23, and is connected in the other end part 22 to the release shaft 24, and approaches-separates the release shaft to the rotational axis of the clutch in response to reciprocating motion of the rack shaft.
