摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single layer-shaped low profile adaptive plane array antenna with a compact variable reactance circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The variable reactance circuit includes a variable capacitance circuit inserted into a space 203, a resonating folded-line bias section 201 and an impedance transformer 202. The resonating folded-line bias section 201 has an AC grounding node for supplying the variable capacitance circuit with a bias voltage. The variable reactance circuit includes a fine-line interconnected spacer 303 transmitting the bias voltage to the variable capacitance circuit side for forming a resonance circuit for achieving the AC grounding node. The variable reactance circuit further includes first and second open folded stubs 301 and 302 being connected to the fine-line interconnected spacer 303 while being arranged in parallel with the longitudinal direction at specified fine gaps respectively, having folded shapes respectively and serving as inductive elements and capacitive elements respectively.
